Abstract

The current study is planned to investigate the administrative issues in public and privately managed schools. The objectives were to identify the administrative problems at secondary level and to explore the impact of administrative problems on head teachers performance. Population of the study was consisted of all head teachers of public and private secondary schools in district Faisalabad. It was decided to choose head teachers from different public and private schools at secondary level. Multiphase random sampling was applied to select the head teachers for data collection. Sample of the study was consisted of 100 head teachers relating with the comparative study of administrative problems in public and private schools at secondary level. The results revealed that the teachers faced multiple social, physical, administrative, and academic problems.
